Wishes Start Here, Fairmont Windsor Park

Make-A-Wish creates life-changing Wishes for children with critical illnesses. It is the world’s leading children’s Wish-granting organization, having granted more than 520,000 Wishes in nearly 50 countries worldwide. Make-A-Wish delivers hope and joy to children and their families when they need it most.

After nearly two decades of creating memories for Wish families together, Fairmont and Make-A-Wish are launching Wishes Start Here. This exciting new program aims to positively impact the lives of Wish children and their families. Studies have shown that planning and receiving a Wish prolongs Wish children’s lives and gives them the strength to face their illnesses.

Fairmont and Make-A-Wish are working together to deliver 500 Wishes worldwide and aspiring to raise €1M over three years through corporate grants and fundraising activities with Fairmont guests and Heartists. As part of this, we are delighted to announce that Fairmont Windsor Park have committed to hosting five Wish kids and their families.

This global program was created to provide one-of-a-kind experiences that transform children’s lives and help create lasting memories. Whether it’s transforming a child into a princess, a cowboy, or a chef; providing a dream vacation destination; or simply giving the whole family a special place to stay at the end of their day’s adventures – Wishes Start Here is dedicated to transforming a child’s most cherished dream into a reality, leaving them with incredible memories that will last a lifetime.
